International Program Assistance
Key Qualifications and Services
International Program Assistance (IPA) provides administrative
and financial management support to development programs worldwide,
specializing in customized capacity building and technical support
for U.S. government partners, Global Fund recipients, and Non Governmental
Organizations. IPA’s goal is to transfer skills to the in-country
personnel who need them: grants recipients, financial managers, NGO
managers, and those providing technical support. We tailor our assistance
to fit seamlessly into each program, becoming integrated members
of the teams and beneficiaries with whom we work and leaving behind
tools and skills that ensure our partners can carry the work forward.
Founded in 2006, IPA has assisted NGOs, foreign governments, and
U.S. government- and Global Fund-assisted programs in most regions
of the world. IPA’s senior staff has decades of experience
providing management oversight and financial management for programs
and organizations. IPA’s clients work with the U.S. Agency for International
Development, the Global Fund, and a variety of other donors. We work
with both U.S. and field-based teams and in challenging environments
overseas, including extensive experience in Afghanistan. |
